We had a great time at the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially when we had an issue with the Wifi. They quickly resolved the problem and made sure we had a steady connection throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to have a restful sleep. Spent Christmas at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful decoration and holiday treats in the lobby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary champagne and small snacks during the holiday hours. The location was also ideal, in the heart of the city's historic district and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Plus, the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing holiday getaway.
