For the price we paid, we got incredible value at this hotel. The room was absolutely luxurious, especially the deep bathtub where I could unwind after a long day. The hotel's historic charm really added to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, checking us in early and even helping us organize a city tour in English. Special mention to the manager, Axel, who went above and beyond by visiting our friend in the hospital and acting as an interpreter. The level of service provided was truly exceptional.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of downtown. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions like the river and parks. The staff was very helpful, always on hand to assist with any needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was a delightful selection of fresh fruits and breads. I also enjoyed the indoor heated lap pool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The wifi connection was a bit slow at times.

We recently went on a romantic escape and really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. We particularly loved the two pools available, one on the rooftop which had a stunning view, and the other on the bottom of the hotel which was more private. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options.

We did have some privacy issues with our room. As it was located facing other buildings, we had to keep the curtains closed at all times to feel comfortable.

Outstanding customer service!!!

I was amazed by the level of customer service at the hotel. The reception staff, especially Frederico, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. They provided towels and printed my bus tickets, even though my onward travel was late in the evening. Every time I entered or left the hotel, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly greeting. The security guy even opened the door for me before I could think to do it. This exceptional level of service truly exceeded my expectations.

Incredible value for money, the room was spacious and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff treated us like royalty, providing impeccable service and going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated in a beautifully restored historic building, adding to the charm of our stay.
