We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided a wide variety of fresh fruits and had numerous stations to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially since we were traveling with our young son. The location, even during a blizzard, was easily accessible and the winter garden was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We had a romantic escape and it was amazing! the setting of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views all around. We also loved that the hotel offered a variety of activities for us to enjoy, such as hiking and kayaking. the location was perfect, nestled in the midst of nature and offering plenty of opportunity for outdoor adventures. Moreover, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things that could have been better. the rooms were showing signs of wear and tear, which was a bit disappointing.

I had the most incredible stay at a dream-like place. Llao Llao is simply stunning in every direction you look. the staff was professional and considerate, making my stay comfortable and memorable. the hotel grounds are spectacular, and the amenities are top-notch. I loved exploring the nearby sights on the complimentary mountain bikes and trying out archery. My wife enjoyed the Pilates classes, and we both loved the fantastic breakfast. Our room was spacious, and the staff even provided ergonomic pillows upon request. the location is also convenient for exploring the marina and going on excursions.

I recently stayed at Llao Llao Resort for a golf getaway and it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The golf course, with its stunning lake and mountain views, was absolutely superb. The hotel facilities, including the renovated ones, were nice, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The location of the hotel, in the middle of a beautiful bay on the lake, was truly impressive. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, such as tennis, archery, and spa treatments. I was captivated by the breathtaking surroundings and the exceptional service.

I recently spent my Christmas vacation at a stunning hotel in Northern Patagonia. the hotel had the most breathtaking views from every corner, a marvelous spa and fitness room, and a fantastic golf course. the location was ideal, with plenty of charming boutiques and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and the service was exceptional. I especially loved the spacious and comfortable rooms with their large windows, allowing me to enjoy the magnificent scenery throughout my stay.

Although my experience at the hotel was overall fantastic, there were a few areas that could use improvement. the rooms showed signs of aging and wear, and could benefit from a renovation.

The views from my room in the Moreno Lake wing were like something out of a postcard. The large picture windows allowed me to fully appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. The food at the hotel was fantastic, with a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I particularly enjoyed the special local barbecue called ASADOR for dinner and the afternoon tea at Jardin del Invierno. The staff at Llao Llao were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I was also impressed by the fast response of the maintenance staff when I had a problem with the cold water tap in my room. The private transportation service provided by the hotel was also of high quality, with friendly and helpful drivers. I had a truly memorable experience at Llao Llao Resort, Golf-Spa and would highly recommend it to others. I highly recommend this hotel!
