I recently stayed at a lovely independent hotel in downtown Santa Fe for a relaxing weekend getaway. The rooms at Guadalupe Inn were tasteful and well-stocked, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown and a great restaurant called Joseph's. I enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel, without the crowds and expense of the larger downtown hotels. The owner was friendly and informative, and the attention to detail in the woodwork and custom-made railing was fantastic.
