The hotel is situated in a safe and quiet location, making it ideal for a romantic escape. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit.

There were a few downsides to our stay. there was no in-room kettle for hot drinks, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a great stay at this quiet hotel located in a nice residential area. There are many amazing food options nearby and Japan town center just across the street. The staff here is sweet and accommodating, making us feel at home. We enjoyed happy hour and loved the patio area of our room.

We loved the convenient USB charging ports on both sides of the bed. The TV easel stand with a high-end Samsung TV was a nice touch. The private balcony offered beautiful views towards Russian Hill. The hotel's location across the street from an authentic Japanese indoor mall with countless restaurants was perfect, especially on cold winter days. The spacious room was well-designed and didn't feel wasteful. The hotel staff provided a terrific level of service, and we enjoyed the cucumber water and iced tea in the lobby. The self-parking option allowed us easy access to our car as we explored the area on foot. The hair dryer provided in the room was powerful but didn't dry out our hair.

I had a fantastic stay at the Kimpton Hotel Enso. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and nice neighborhood with great nearby restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially appreciated the non-down bedding provided. The housekeeping staff did a great job and quickly accommodated our requests for extra towels and luggage racks. The hotel also offered a complimentary wine hour in the evening, which was a nice touch. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the check-in/out process was quick and seamless. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

It was also conveniently located near a variety of eating options, including Japanese food in Japantown and a bustling street with lots of restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. The central location made it easy to use ride-sharing services to explore the city.

The hotel's amenities and perks for IHG Club Spire Elite members were not up to par with other Kimpton properties. They did not offer welcome amenities like a complimentary fruit tray, and there were no perks or rewards for declining housekeeping services.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also in a quieter area, away from the crowds of tourists.
