I recently stayed at Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites for a week-long vacation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The facilities were spacious and comfortable, with amazing views and a stunning pool. I loved the abundance of palapas and lounge chairs, and the fact that they were always available and kept clean. The hotel's location was perfect, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The food at the on-site restaurant, Kin Ha, was delicious, and the cocktails were reasonably priced. The housekeeper, Antonio, kept my room spotless, and the luggage attendant was one of the nicest people I've ever encountered. the staff made my stay truly memorable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Felt safe walking at night, nothing was too much trouble.

We loved staying here! It's located in a tranquil part of the beach in a very good area where we could cheaply access the beach directly from the hotel. The staff made us feel so welcome and safe, with top service that was very polite and accommodating. The range of facilities was great, with a leisure spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant that served in-room breakfast, and a bar and lounge area that had a snack bar and buffet breakfast.

This place was fantastic and we'd definitely recommend it to our friends.

The hotel is directly situated on the beach, which is very beautiful and clean. The rooms have a nice view and are cleaned every day with fresh towels. The kitchen equipment is basic, but everything you need is available. Breakfast is included and you can even order omelettes or pancakes, although the coffee could be better.

The location of the hotel is great, close to good shopping malls and just a few steps away from the bus stop. Located on the eastern coast, the sandy beach with palm trees is much better than nearby rocky areas. The gym is functional, and the swimming pool is guarded and open until 10 pm. The room we stayed in was upgraded without hassle, with a spacious and clean shower cabin. The staff members, including two ladies at the reception, were professional, warm and welcoming.

Fantastic beach, one of Cancun's best - not crowded. Good food, cocktails, and convenience. Perfect if you dislike big resorts but want a great experience. Close to markets, restaurants, and malls.

We enjoyed the free breakfast and dinner offered, as well as the helpful staff. the location was also great as it was close to the beach and nightlife spots. One other advantage was the comfortable bedding, which made our stay quite cozy.

The cleaning staff did not perform their job well and our room was not clean. the temperature control in our room was difficult to figure out and the shower water flow was slow.
