As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the helpful and considerate staff, beautiful views, and clean rooms. The location next to the lake provided a comfortable stay, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The public rooms, pool, and jacuzzis were also enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a hotel with a truly breathtaking location. The view from my room overlooked the Beagle Channel, offering stunning sunrise and sunset views. The hotel is situated in a guarded private neighborhood, providing a sense of security and exclusivity. Despite its location, transportation is convenient, with a short cab ride to the city center. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a classic yet solid decor. The bathroom boasted luxurious amenities, such as L'Occitane products. The staff at the hotel were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided an array of delicious options, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including an outdoor Jacuzzi and beautiful public areas with fireplaces, were an added bonus.

There were some parts of the hotel that seemed a bit dated and in need of renovation.

Great view from the room and good location near the water. the breakfast was decent and there was a good selection of fruits. the building itself looked nice, and there is a bar and restaurant on-site.

The room was overpriced for what it offered. It was smaller than I had expected, and there wasn't much to it besides the view.

During my stay at Los Cauquenes Resort & Spa, I celebrated my wife's birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. Without even mentioning it, they prepared a special reception with a cozy fireplace, breathtaking mountain views, and delicious appetizers. The staff, from the manager to the chef, showed exceptional hospitality, always asking what we would like to eat and surprising us with incredible dishes. The hotel's location and views were fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. This experience truly made it the best vacation we've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a luxurious gem hidden away in a gated community with stunning views of the Beagle Channel. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & Wellness Centre with indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, are indulgent treats. the service is exceptional, with knowledgeable and helpful staff to arrange excursions and resolve any issues. the restaurant serves amazing buffet breakfast, and an outstanding lunch, while the bar/lounge area has a great choice of drinks. A private facility, in-room breakfast, and picnic areas with tables were some of the advantages we enjoyed.

The only minor issue we found was the outdated concept of the bathroom. But this did not detract from our experience, enjoying the sun terrace and spa lounge, and making the most of the shuttle service that was so handy for getting around.
