The spa facilities at the hotel were not up to par. Guests mentioned that the sauna and jacuzzi were inaccessible due to limited appointments, and the cleanliness was lacking.

This hotel stay was great! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. It was really easy to walk into town, and there were loads of amazing restaurants and bars around. I also loved the fact that they offered complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi - it was a nice touch that made our stay even better. One of my favorite things about this hotel was that the room had a stunning view over the river and jungle - it was absolutely breathtaking!

The hotel is well located, next to the famous feirinha and some of the best bars and restaurants in town. The room was very comfortable and clean. The rooftop pool is great with some gorgeous views and a nice bar to keep you entertained. The check-in process was ok and breakfast was quite nice. Good facilities and very accommodating staff. The pool was very welcoming after an extremely hot day viewing the falls. Nice poolside menu and drink options. They have a fantastic rooftop view and a pool. They also have a large gym and a small spa. The restaurant at the hotel is actually more affordable. The staff was kind and have great English. Helpful to book taxis. You can walk to anything in town- including the bus station to go to the park.

We had a fabulous stay at this modern, comfortable hotel near the center of town. The staff went above and beyond, assisting us with car rental and speaking excellent English. The location was perfect for exploring Puerto Iguazú, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were tastefully furnished and the WiFi worked well. The rooftop pool area was a highlight, with comfy beds and delicious cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved staying here! The location was great, on a quiet street but close to everything. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff and great room service. And the amenities were fantastic, with a spa, rooftop pool, and lovely garden area to relax in.
