The WaterColor Inn had an island resort vibe, with beautiful rooms and a stunning beach. The attention to detail and service, such as towel replacement, coffee refills, and turn-down service, was excellent. The complimentary bikes were a hit with my teenage boys. The FOOW restaurant was a favorite and there were plenty of amenities and activities on site.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Santa Rosa Beach. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were everything I could ask for. I loved having access to bars, restaurants, shops, sports. The pools and beach were beautiful, and I enjoyed the convenience of having beach towels provided. The staff were extremely helpful, and the daily maid service ensured that my room was always clean. The location was also great, with easy access to the state park and just a short distance from Seaside. The breakfast served in the Gathering Spot restaurant was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The newly opened pool has great staff and a delicious menu. Renovations for new suites are almost complete. The location has an island resort vibe. FOOW restaurant is loved, as well as the complimentary bikes. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Beautiful property with lots of activities. Evening turn down service and "twice a day" room service are appreciated. Towels provided for the beach and pool. Coffee bar/counter in the room is convenient. Bellman brings bikes. Will definitely return.

We loved the location right by the ocean and the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with everything we could possibly want on hand, from bars and restaurants to shops and entertainment. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the service was awesome. The hotel had a brand new pool and a beautiful view of the ocean.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Santa Rosa Beach. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to other areas around. We enjoyed walking and biking to explore the beautiful surroundings. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the dual showers in the bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with one particular staff member, Jesus, standing out for his exceptional service. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the service from the front desk to the cleaning of the room was top-notch. The hotel also offered great amenities such as free bikes, a sushi bar, and a fantastic restaurant called "Fish Out Of Water." The adult pool and lounge area were stunning, and we appreciated the free water and tea stations.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being right on the beach and just down the beach where nobody will set up next to you all day. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a large shower. The customer service is excellent, with staff members greeting guests by name and providing helpful recommendations. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, with options such as blue corn grits. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary bikes for guests to explore the nearby area.

The beach chair rental service can be crowded and uncomfortable, with chairs placed too close together.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful resort on the Emerald Coast. The staff at Watercolor Inn & Resort were friendly and helpful. My room on the top floor had a breathtaking view of the Gulf. The clean and modern amenities made me feel right at home. The private beach with its sugar-white sand and stunning dunes was a highlight. I took advantage of the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards on the lake, as well as the bicycles provided. While the food and drinks on the property were a bit expensive, the resort's location allowed for easy access to nearby dining options. Free parking was available, and Seaside was within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Great value for the money, with a spacious and clean room, Gulf view, and twice daily maid service. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and activities around, plus a beautiful beach. The staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
