The king mini suite boasted spacious comfort. The bed? Exceptionally cozy. Clean rooms with lovely river views were a definite plus. Plenty of elevators made navigation a breeze. The staff exuded warmth and positivity—a refreshing change in the hospitality industry. Amenities like the adult pool and free parking were nice touches, though the family pool’s closure was a disappointment. The arcade needs more gaming options. Critical improvement is needed for evening service; a midnight bar closing is unhelpful. a clean room is essential—moths were an unwelcome presence. the overall charm of the place is undeniable. There’s potential here, but certain aspects need serious refinement.

Nice spacious room with contemporary decor. Comfy bed and great river view. Kids loved the separate pool and all the fun stuff like bowling and laser tag. Buffet had solid food and the service was excellent. Spa facilities looked cool too, but we didn’t try them. Perfect access to the river walk for dining options.

This place has a lot going on! We loved all the food options and the staff was super friendly, especially with the kids. Everything we needed was right there. The room was decent, but we got woken up by a phone alert at night, which was a bit weird. Plus, the smoke in the casino was pretty strong.

Staff assistance at check-in varied significantly, impacting the overall comfort of the stay.

The kids had a blast at the bowling alley and the arcade. Housekeeping was on point and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

Perfectly situated for exploring Laughlin’s top attractions and eateries

I had a fantastic stay with easy access to many nearby attractions like Don Laughlin's Classic Car Collection just a short walk away which is only about 300 meters and the Riverwalk just over a kilometer away making it perfect for an evening stroll along the river while enjoying the views plus there are plenty of dining options like the West Side Cafe and Riverview Restaurant which are both less than a 5-minute walk away so you can grab a meal without having to wander far from the hotel and the amenities were nice including gambling and pools but the casino did have quite a bit of cigarette smoke that could be a turn off for some guests.

The room is lovely, super clean, and great value for the money! The staff sparkles with friendliness, and there's plenty to do around the casino.

The restaurant had limited options, which was a bummer.
