I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor and spa at Grand Hotel Lviv Casino & Spa. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the lighting displays are simply fabulous. The spa is of high class and is free for guests. The location in Lviv is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its upscale and classy atmosphere.

Excellent staff, aligned services, great location near transportation.

Located right on the main square in the historic center of the city, this hotel offers a prime location for tourists. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attentive housekeeping. The staff speaks English and is eager to please. The breakfast included is top-notch, and the spa facilities are amazing.

Some minor electrical issues were reported with the room's TV and bathroom lights.

The location is excellent, with modern and attractive design, and the hotel is very clean. The entrance is always dry and clean, even with guests bringing snow in on their boots. Early check-in and late checkout are available at a price.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from all the main attractions. the breakfast was exceptional - with a wide variety of tasty and fresh foods. It was great to also have complementary water and snacks provided in the room.

The room was a bit small for my liking and the walls were thin, which meant I could hear the noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. the bathroom was clean, but a bit outdated.

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was top-notch, newly refurbished in a historic building with a comfy bed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the airport and railway station. The staff treated me like a VIP, especially the friendly concierge guy and the amazing massage lady. The spa facilities were gorgeous and the breakfast had a wide range of delicious dishes.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Here we found a luxurious haven in the heart of the city. the venue is stunning, with old world charm and high, end amenities. the staff was welcoming, polite, and attentive to all our needs. the rooms were gorgeous, with high, quality bedding, comfortable seating, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. the location was perfect, right in the center, close to several bars, shops, and restaurants. the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and exclusive flavors. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and poolside snacks.

We would have preferred a more intimate setting, with fewer guests and fewer televisions.

What an incredible experience! The location of this hotel is unbeatable and the building itself is absolutely stunning. The staff, especially the reception manager M. Rashid, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The facilities, including the spa, were top-notch. We were even upgraded to a fabulous room without any extra charge. The hotel's customer service is exceptional, which is a rare find in Ukraine. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were stylish and comfortable. The hotel is perfect for families, as they were very accommodating and even provided a breakfast/lunch box for our early departure. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Lviv.
