Great location, close to attractions and public transportation. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with a separate living area and refrigerator. The bathroom had a unique sink with two faucets and two rain shower heads. Helpful staff and good breakfast options. Popular with South American groups.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was situated in a central area close to shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips and even allowing us to change our room to a much better one. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with a separate living room and refrigerator. We loved the two rain shower heads in the bathroom, as well as the sink with two faucets. The hotel also offered a range of services, including 24-hour room service, laundry, and an airport shuttle. our experience here was fantastic.

Recommended for everyone.

The hotel is in an awesome location, right in the middle of everything. It is close to the main shopping streets and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is also located in the Recoleta area, which is a great neighborhood to explore. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. The breakfast provided is good and there are plenty of options to choose from.

The internet service is paid, which can be a downside for some guests.

The noise level from the surrounding area was high, making it difficult to sleep at times. the bathroom could use some updating and maintenance, with some fixtures appearing outdated and in need of repair.
