The value for money at Umaid was excellent, with spacious rooms and helpful staff. The location was central yet quiet, making it convenient to explore.

The only improvement would be to offer more variety for breakfast.

As young holiday goers, we loved the free Wi-Fi and fast internet at the hotel. The breakfast provided had a variety of options, including some for foreign travelers. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location was convenient, close to the railway station. The rooftop restaurant with traditional Indian music and dance in the evening was a great experience.

I recently visited this hotel and I must say I was impressed. The location of this place is very convenient as it is in a residential area a little off the main highway, making it quiet and peaceful. The staff provided exceptional service, including room service which was quick and efficient. The hotel amenities such as the car hire, dry cleaning and laundry were really helpful, and I found the shuttle service and paid airport shuttle particularly useful. The rooms were spacious and clean and I appreciated the free toiletries and the tea and coffee making facilities which came in handy during my stay.

While checking in, the staff member seemed a bit cold and could have been more welcoming. They should definitely work on their customer service skills.

If you are looking for a well-located hotel, this might be a good option. It's close to the train station and many cool places to visit. Moreover, do not forget to go straight up to the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which is an excellent option for dinner or drinks. Also, there’s a fantastic market nearby!

The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide range of delicious options. the hotel's live music and dance performances during dinner were very entertaining. the hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful decorations and a showcase of history. the location was also great, in a quiet and pleasant area close to a bustling market for shopping.

The air conditioner was difficult to work and we couldn't figure out how to use the safe to store our belongings. We didn't bother asking the staff for help because we were only staying overnight, but these issues could have been resolved if we had asked for assistance.

Cozy interiors and vintage rooms with polite staff. Decent room service and delicious breakfast and dinner. Hotel has an elevator, curio shop and a beautiful exterior. Spacious rooms easily accommodated my group of 3. Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant experience.

The hotel's location near the railway station and within a good 15/20 minutes from Masala Chowk and the shopping area was very convenient. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The delightful and comfortable rooms provided a relaxing atmosphere. The excellent food and service in the hotel's restaurant were top-notch.

We loved the beautiful design and the cultural program during dinner at Umaid. The staff was always helpful and prompt with everything, including a fix for our hot water issue. Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. Overall I'll recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed our city break and the complementary breakfast and evening tea was a nice treat. the hotel was located near major tourist attractions and it was easy to navigate the city from there. the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the city view.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient and we struggled to find parking nearby. the room was lacking in some basic amenities that we expected to be provided.
