Nice clean rooms with good facilities and comfortable beds. Seamless check-in and check out process with great communication from staff. Location is convenient, and the motel was very quiet. lacking wine glasses and proper dining utensils made dining in the room a bit challenging. Nonetheless, I would stay again, especially for the relaxing swimming pool and close proximity to landmarks like the Hawkesbury Paddlewheeler and Scheyville National Park, perfect for family bonding.

Convenient location near a Chinese restaurant. the mattress was uncomfortably soft and the room deodorizer too strong. a decent stay.

The rooms at this hotel are in A1 condition and recently refurbished to a high quality. I especially loved the very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the location, within a 15-20 minute walk of a train station, makes it convenient for exploring the area.

Enjoyed the location, walking distance to lively downtown and shopping district. the room was surprisingly spacious with a cozy atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable enough to get some rest during Christmas. the Christmas dinner offered a good spread of options to choose from, including super delicious roasted turkey, one of the best I have tasted.

The staff was inattentive as we had to wait over an hour to get checked in and the reception was closed for several hours throughout the day. the bathroom was not up to the standards of cleanliness, the towels were old and had a musty smell, and the shower took a long time to get warm.
