We had a comfortable stay in a well-located hotel. The hotel was right on the harbour, making it easy to explore the waterfront. We were also close to Palmer Street where there were lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The room was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. The bathroom was well-maintained and had a great shower. The service was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met. the location and amenities made it easy to enjoy our stay.

The parking situation could be better.

I recently stayed at this place and I was very impressed with the location. It is situated in a quiet area, but still within walking distance to all the top restaurants in town. This made it very convenient for dining out and exploring the local area. The price was also very good for what you get. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities and air conditioning. The staff at the reception desk were very obliging and provided excellent service. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool, which was a great way to relax and cool off after a long day. I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had an amazing romantic escape! the room we stayed in was perfectly set up for a couple to enjoy a cozy and comfortable stay. the view from our balcony was stunning and we loved sitting out there with a glass of wine. We also appreciated the complementary chocolates and champagne. the location was spot on as we were able to take lovely walks and enjoy the nearby shops and restaurants.

We did find that the walls were a bit thin and noise from other rooms was a bit disturbing. the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing as there were not many options to choose from.

The location was perfect as it was in a quiet area but still close enough to walk to the main area with all the best restaurants. Plus, the price was very good for what you get. The service was outstanding - the staff were very obliging and I couldn't fault their service. They even had a leisure swimming pool and saltwater pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for your convenience. The room was spacious and clean with great amenities like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. And the friendliest receptionist I have come across at any motel was here!

The location of the hotel was great, situated on a quiet street near the main area. It was a convenient walk to the main street, perfect for families with little kids. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, offering a beautiful sight of Castle Hill, Jetty, and Magnetic Island. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and well-equipped, providing sufficient facilities for my stay. The staff, although not the most generous with toiletries and dishwashing detergent, were friendly and provided good service when approached.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet area that was close to Crown on Palmer. The rooms were nice and the parking lot was spacious, which was convenient. I was particularly impressed with the security measures in place; it made me feel safe and reassured. The staff were also very attentive and handled any situations that arose with amazing professionalism. As a parent with a crawling baby, I appreciated how baby-safe the hotel felt. it was a homey and comfortable experience.

The rooms were SUPER spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. We were blown away by the jaw-dropping views from our top-floor apartment and loved chilling on the spacious balcony. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was mind-blowingly convenient, with everything within walking distance. Would definitely love to make a return trip and experience the pool and cafe next time.
