We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Crystalbrook Vincent. The location was fantastic, with great rooftop bars and a brewery nearby. The breakfast included in our stay was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the artwork throughout the hotel was truly impressive. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I loved the vibrant and artistic feel of the room at Crystalbrook Vincent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day. The spaciousness of the room and well-designed bathroom were also impressive. The hotel's location was perfect, close to restaurants, cafes, and the city. The stunning pool overlooking the Brisbane River added to the overall appeal. Despite some minor drawbacks, like the dark lighting in the bathroom and occasional noise from nearby bars, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room at this inner-city hotel was beautifully styled with comfortable beds and pillows, and stunning artworks. We loved the Deluxe King Suite with a balcony, offering amazing views of the Story Bridge and Brisbane city. The location was perfect, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bars. The staff, especially Freya, were friendly and helpful, adding to the quality experience. The pool bar and rooftop had a great outlook, and the cafe provided nice breakfast options. a highly rated stay.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience! Enjoyed two complementary festive treats that made our stay extra special. The location was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and didn't need to worry about transportation. The view from our room was breathtaking and we loved being able to watch the sunset from our window.

the bathroom had poor design with an open shower, causing the floors to be constantly wet and slippery. an enjoyable stay, but could use improvements in certain areas.

This hotel is a truly luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities provided were top-notch and met all of my needs. The sun terrace was particularly impressive, providing stunning views and comfortable sun loungers. The restaurant and poolside snack bar offered delicious options, including special diet menus. The staff provided excellent service, making sure to fulfill any requests promptly.

If I had to mention a minor issue, it would be that the room lighting was a bit tricky to operate at times. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience.

They deserve to be congratulated! The artwork throughout the hotel was stunning, and the cocktails at the bar were fabulous. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved the pool area, which was in impeccable condition. Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect if you want to experience the nightlife of Brisbane. It's right in the heart of Howard Smith Wharf, and just a short ride away from Southbank.
