The location was central, clean unit, quiet surroundings, nearby eating facilities with variety, couple of blocks from the beach. The lady Mel and her husband were unbelievably helpful, supportive, and nice. Instructions to get the keys were clear. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

I recently stayed at a private apartment in an amazing location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. The shower had great water pressure, and the pool and BBQ area were enjoyable. The air cooling system was easy to use, making it comfortable during hot days. I must mention that Mel, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. When our car broke down and we had to book late flight tickets home, she allowed us to use the apartment for an extra day. The location was perfect, and the pool with a spa was a nice bonus. a great place to stay!

The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the efforts of Mel, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Despite a minor inconvenience of not being able to fit our 4wd in the underground carpark, we were fortunate to find free parking just outside the resort. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment complex. The location was superb, being so close to everything on the Gold Coast. I was able to easily access all transport and amenities, including restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The apartment itself was beautiful and had all the necessary facilities, such as a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The pool with a spa was a great addition and added to the holiday vibe of the place.

As young people, we loved the awesome room with its amazing view. The property's location was absolutely perfect, being so close to the beach, mall, public transport, eateries, and the convention center. It was right at the edge of the Broadbeach shopping and dining area, putting us in the heart of all facilities. We enjoyed a close walk to the beach and found the check-in/check-out process easy and the communication from the hosts fantastic. The hotel was clean and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for its great spot and affordable price.

Our recent stay at Aruba Beach in Gold Coast was fantastic. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the Broadbeach shopping and dining area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the clear instructions to get the keys. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a pleasant experience overall. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I can't thank Mel enough for being so lovely and accommodating throughout our stay! Amazing location, right across from the main street of Broadbeach, with a park and playground across the road and the beach at the end of the block. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Great pool with spa and everything else you need. Mel even let us utilize the apartment for an extra day when our car broke down and we had late flight tickets.
