Stunning views from the indoor infinity pool.

During my stay, I encountered a few annoyances that tarnished the experience. The lack of privacy in the spa locker room was uncomfortable, as a guest's friend was present on her phone while I was changing. Additionally, with no space to hang long dresses properly in the room, it was frustrating to see them crumple on the counter. I also found the carpet on the 53rd floor needed attention, and needing a room key to access reception became a hassle when I accidentally locked mine inside.

Stunning spa, spacious rooms, my massage and hair treatment were outstanding, and the indoor infinity pool offers breathtaking views of the city, and with convenient 24-hour reception, you can easily access all the hotel services.

The spa locker room needs more privacy!!! It was awkward changing with a guest's friend on her phone nearby. Also, the lack of a double sink in the bathroom could be a hassle for couples!!! The carpet on the 53rd floor requires attention, and the room layout doesn’t accommodate longer dresses properly, resulting in crumpling!!! Having to use a key card for reception access was frustrating!!!

The spa experience was truly remarkable! I indulged in a massage and a hair treatment that left me feeling rejuvenated. Every meal option was superb, and the staff went above and beyond.

I experienced a fantastic couple's massage on the pool deck. It was relaxing to unwind while sipping champagne and enjoying the view. The room design included breathtaking scenery that made my stay feel special. I appreciated the attentive team throughout, which made our visit memorable. I spent some time reading by the pool, enjoying the peace before heading out for a bike tour. My partner and I felt we could have stayed longer.

the four seasons is simply amazing! the grand landmark king room was spacious and the entire building was spotless. we loved the breathtaking views from the infinity-edge pool. a couple's massage on the pool deck with champagne and roses made it a truly special experience.

The spa was truly a highlight, with an amazing massage experience and spacious rooms that offer stunning views. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, too. I loved using the in-room bar for a nightcap
