I recently stayed at Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia for a weekend getaway. The staff was exceptional, the room was elegant, and the pool area was breathtaking. We enjoyed a fabulous meal with room service and were delighted with the champagne and chocolates for our anniversary. The spa services were amazing, and all the dining facilities were excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

We stayed at a luxurious hotel with stunning views from the bar and restaurant on the top floor. The Jean-Georges restaurant served delicious breakfasts and lunch, and the rooms had high-tech controls for lights and drapes. The brand new property was in top condition and the level of service from the staff was outstanding.

There were delays in delivering requested items and the response time to requests was slow.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful decor and clean atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. the views from the room and restaurant were amazing, providing a stunning backdrop for our holiday celebration.

Our experience was marred by slow and sometimes nonexistent service. Our room was not ready until later in the afternoon, causing us to rush to make our dinner reservations.

Our stay at the hotel was luxuriously comfortable. The spa and wellness centre offered an array of exclusive amenities, from sauna and steam room to massage and beauty treatments. The heated swimming pool with sun loungers was a perfect place to unwind. The service was exceptional, with staff willing to meet and exceed our every expectation.

The bar and dining area was a bit crowded, and the noise level was slightly disruptive. We had a minor issue with the in-room breakfast order, which was not as we had ordered.
