Had a last-minute reservation mishap, but the management quickly resolved it and even offered to pay for alternative accommodation and a tour. The hotel was a great choice for a city break! They offered a friendly and accommodating staff, who helped us with all our questions and needs. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, perfect to start your day. , the hotel location was perfect, close to many great attractions, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the city without having to worry about transportation.

The hotel was not very soundproof, which made for some restless nights. We could hear street noise and other guests talking and moving around, which was a bit of a hassle when we were trying to sleep.
