My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the room was spotless with a cozy bed and a modern bathroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the air conditioning worked like a charm. the bistro served delicious meals, so no need to venture out. the staff were top-notch, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the location was convenient for my needs, making it hassle-free.

If I had to point out something for improvement, it would be the gate security system for pedestrians. It was a bit tricky to operate, so I ended up using the car gate instead.

We had an amazing stay at this family-friendly hotel! The three-bedroom apartment was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The rooms were dark, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep after a long flight. The bar and bistro next door added to the great atmosphere, offering delicious meals and a variety of drink options. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The car park at the back of the hotel could sometimes be noisy.

An enjoyable stay at Nightcap At Balaclava Hotel in Cairns. the Queen Studio room was modern and clean. Staff were helpful. While the surrounding area may not be top-notch, we felt safe. A budget-friendly choice with comfortable beds and neat amenities, matching the price paid.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Nightcap. The room was clean and spacious, with free wifi and a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the extra bonus offers upon arrival, which made me feel welcomed. The hotel's steakhouse restaurant offered a great meal at a great value, and the breakfast was exceptional. Despite being located near the highway, the rooms were quiet and secure. I would highly recommend Nightcap for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location was less than ideal for those without access to a car. Getting to the city center or the airport would require an expensive taxi ride or a lengthy bus ride.

We love staying here! The location is perfect, close to shops and Dan Murphy, so it's easy to grab some supplies. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We especially enjoy having a meal and a few drinks before heading back to our room. It's our top choice when visiting this place.

The beds had thick doonas on them, which was a bit too warm for the hot weather. However, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

Excellent customer service, bonus offers on arrival, great meal, exceptional breakfast, easy access, segregated rooms for security and noise reduction.

A surprise stay turned out clean, comfy, and secure. Helpful staff, but needing Ubers to city action. A unique gate code made me feel like a secret agent. Haha! Secure parking was a plus. Courtyard noise and cleanliness could be improved, but a spacious apartment and friendly service won me over. the wifi, well, let's just say, it had its own personality!
