The location of the hotel was convenient for my needs, with easy access to downtown New York. The staff was friendly and the room was great. I enjoyed the fact that there were a few restaurants near the hotel, making it easy to find dining options. Additionally, the facility was well maintained, which added to a pleasant stay.

I also found it disappointing that the lobby was locked one evening due to a private party. This made it inconvenient for guests who wanted to access the common area.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dirty floors and uncleaned areas like the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture, particularly the sofa, also needed to be renewed and the carpet in the rooms and corridors showed visible stains.

The hotel's location close to the MetLife stadium where we were attending the BTS Speak Yourself concert was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful walk-in shower. The hotel's proximity to various restaurants, shops, and a movie theater was incredibly convenient. Additionally, getting to NYC was easy from this location.

The shower stall could be improved as it was a bit awkward to use. There were also a few areas where the cleanliness could have been better, particularly in the bathroom.
