This hotel is perfectly located, close to parks and Campin stadium for concerts. It is in a safe area and just a short walk away from the park. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the wifi connection was fast and reliable.

The bed mattresses could be improved, as they were a bit hard for my liking.

Great rate for a prime location near Transmilenio, just steps away from easy access to all of the city. Elevator and modern, immaculately clean bathrooms with amazing water pressure. the cafeteria downstairs was great with ample options offered at a very reasonable price.

While some staff were outstanding, some were not well trained. the hotel is rated as a 4-star, but in my opinion is more of a 3-star.
