I always return to this cozy haven. Staff kindly arranged an early check-in on my first visit. It has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, fitness studio, swimming pool, sauna, coffee shop, business center. Looking forward to spending Christmas here again! .

They were more than accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the restaurant, bar/lounge area, and breakfast options were better than some chain hotels I've stayed in. the easy access to a tram stop nearby made it a breeze to travel around Melbourne.

The hotel had a great location near the botanical gardens and plenty of shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions for places to eat and visit in the area. We also enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well-maintained.
