Fantastic location, friendly and welcoming staff, easy check-in and check-out, great bathroom facilities.

Room was comfy with a few cleanliness issues. Parking was a tad tricky. Despite these, the breakfast was nice and the rates were reasonable. a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I recently stayed at the Buckingham for a short trip and had a great experience. The rooms at the back of the property were peaceful, with a wide selection of quality rooms to choose from. The proximity to the gym and other facilities was convenient. The food ordered from room service was consistently good, and the management was helpful with any issues that arose. There were plenty of parking spaces and the staff were friendly and accommodating. it offered great value for money.

The overall experience at this hotel was fantastic! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met promptly. the outdoor swimming pool was a great addition, providing a perfect spot to relax and cool off. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area and enjoying meals at nearby restaurants. the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff truly made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

One area that could be improved is upgrading the beds and maintaining the swimming pool better. the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the pool seemed a bit run down with issues like a non-functioning fountain.

We recently stayed at a hotel located close to Southland Shopping Centre and the train station. The location was convenient for us as there were major shopping centers in the area as well as easy access to public transportation. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing all the basics needed for a pleasant stay. The staff provided friendly and responsive service, ensuring that our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant offering a small but delicious menu with beautifully presented food.

The only disappointment was that the restaurant was not open during our stay.

During my Xmas stay, I was happy to receive complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was situated in a great location close to a shopping center and public transportation. the room also had a great view of the surrounding area, which made for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was quite old and lacked appeal. the decor was outdated and not very pleasing to the eye.

Great location for exploring tourist attractions. Fair price for the value. Kids love the pool.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was good, despite being on a busy road, it was quite. the pricing was within my budget, and the facilities had everything I needed. the bed was spacious and comfortable, and although the pillows could have been firmer, they were fine for one night. the staff impressed me with their attention to detail, as they surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and a card for our anniversary. I had a positive experience at Best Western.

The Buckingham is a fantastic place to stay with comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms, and seamless check-in/out. The staff are friendly and the location is quiet despite being on a busy road. We loved the great selection of vegetarian and vegan breakfast options.

Felt lucky, no complaints whatsoever.
