Great value for money, beautiful room with a lovely view. Excellent location near the city centre, and the staff at Ebrington were super friendly.

we had a wonderful time at Ebrington. the service and staff were amazing, the breakfast was fabulous, and the spa was excellent. the laid back and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. the location was great for us to explore and the staff, especially ms emma mcnamee, were incredibly helpful in planning our activities and dining options in the area. Cons: nothing to improve upon 😊.

We partied like there was no tomorrow and even had a little dance-off. the staff were cool and made sure we had a wicked time.

Would've been even better if there was a cool rooftop bar for us to chill at night and enjoy the sick views of the city!

Exceptional Staff and Fine Dining Experience

the gesture of upgrading our room to a riverside view for our special occasion was much appreciated. improvements could be made in terms of the bed comfort and room soundproofing for a more restful night's sleep.

The staff at the Ebrington Hotel, particularly Ms Emma McNamee, were exceptionally helpful in providing a detailed itinerary for exploring Inishowen and local dining options. the room was in perfect working order, and the decor and furnishings exuded luxury, making our stay feel extra special. the breakfast was outstanding, the bar staff attentive, and the location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the historic walls and old town. A soft pillow option would be a welcome addition, but overall, a delightful experience.

The kids enjoyed the games and activities, keeping them entertained for hours. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our family trip truly memorable.

My wife says that a designated kids' play area would be beneficial.

The central location is convenient for train travelers and shopping enthusiasts. Rooms are spacious, with comfy beds and modern showers. Guests can enjoy a facial at the spa and cookies in the room.

Housekeeping needs improvement concerning cleanliness in the bathroom.

Traveling for leisure, we stayed at Ebrington for a weekend. the early check-in option was a lovely surprise, along with the free upgrade to a river view room. Emma's warm welcome set the tone, and the delicious breakfast with a variety of choices, including my favorite, smoked salmon, was a highlight. the spacious and clean room boasted a beautiful view and the staff, including Laura and the breakfast attendant, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Despite some service issues in the restaurant, the fantastic facilities and warm reception made for a lovely stay.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the spotless room and comfortable bed. the breakfast selection was excellent, and the ambiance in the bar and restaurant was top-notch. Unfortunately, we experienced a slight delay in room service breakfast arrival. the friendly breakfast staff made up for it. I'll recommend this hotel.
