The staff were friendly, welcoming, and answered all of our questions. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and the furniture was comfortable. The location was convenient for driving to and from anywhere in Newcastle.

The motel is in a convenient location, with easy access to the wineries just down the road. It is also right next door to a pub with good food, making it a great choice for dining. The room itself is clean and spacious, allowing guests to move freely without feeling crowded.

One downside is that the coffee/tea condiments were out of date, and the kettle had an unpleasant smell.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The check-in process was smooth and the staff greeted me with a warm smile. The room was a pleasant surprise, with comfortable furniture and a modern bathroom. Stayed at a motel over Xmas. Got a couple of complementary perks, which were great - saved $$$. The motel was located next to the town center and train station, which made exploring the area very easy. The best aspect of the motel was that the room had a refrigerator and microwave which made keeping and heating our food handy.

Found bits of hair on the towels and in the sink. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there were dirty marks all over it.
