We had a wonderful stay at a cozy motel in the beautiful Blue Mountains. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. The room was always clean and serviced daily, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite a few minor issues like a slight gap around the window and a small washbasin in the bathroom, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the Blue Mountains. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

This hotel offers great value for money with good facilities, enough towels, a comfortable king bed, and a lovely spa bath. Its location near the city center, opposite supermarkets, and within walking distance to the hop on-hop off bus stop makes it convenient for guests.

The location of the motel is great, as it is close to the bus stop to the Scenic World and the town centre with many eating options. It is also conveniently close to the train station and shops. The room was adequate and had plumbing issues that were fixed in a timely manner. The heater in the room worked well.

Fabulous location close to town center, accommodating staff, suited room for weekend getaway, ideal for visiting Echo Point and Leura Cascades/Gordon Falls walks, homey breakfasts, complimentary sparking and chocolates.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, allowing me to easily explore the beautiful Blue Mountains. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the free parking, making it convenient for me to bring my car. The hotel's central location meant that I had easy access to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide selection of hot food options cooked to perfection. I also liked how clean the bathroom was, and the modern amenities provided such as the window air conditioning unit and the remote control for it.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During our Christmas vacation, we appreciated the two free drinks offered by the hotel bar and the discount they gave us for a nearby attraction. The location was also convenient to the town center and attractions. having air conditioning in the room was a plus on some hot days.

Our stay was rather disappointing. The room wasn't clean, and the bed linens left a lot to be desired.
