Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la pulizia impeccabile di questo hotel. L'intero posto era estremamente pulito e ben organizzato. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è davvero eccezionale. Questa struttura si trova nel cuore della città storica, a due passi dal centro storico. È quindi molto comodo per visitare i principali luoghi turistici e siamo riusciti a raggiungere facilmente il centro a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. Non solo questo, ma l'hotel dispone anche di parcheggio, il che è un grande vantaggio per chi viaggia in macchina. Infine, il personale dell'hotel è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno fornito preziosi consigli su dove mangiare e cosa visitare, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms that were spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the sights and public transport. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing helpful recommendations and even lending us a travel card.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Blue Mosque and other major attractions. The staff at Esans Hotel made us feel so welcome and were always helpful and friendly.

The location couldn't be better - it's within short walking distance of all the main attractions in the old-city area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any request. The rooms, although a bit noisy due to the wood floors, were spacious and had beautiful views over the Bosporus. And the breakfast. wow! It was absolutely amazing, filled with a great combination of local and international dishes. One of the best breakfasts I've had on my entire holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, with a nice-sized soaking tub and a big shower. The hotel staff, especially JR and Mikaela at the front desk, were friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spa that was absolutely incredible. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the quiet surroundings.

The traditional interior of the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, with great views from the terrace. Stay in a former historic building, the home of a perfume maker for the Sultan, and experience the rich history of Istanbul. The staff, who are very knowledgeable and helpful, made our stay even more enjoyable. They recommended must-see attractions like Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and the breathtaking Bosporus channel. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are pristine. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including delicious omelettes made to order. The view from the terrace is simply stunning. We also appreciated the complimentary Esans perfume in the room.

We had a lovely romantic escape in a cozy hotel located opposite a famous palace. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay for two people. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful sightseeing tips. They even arranged for a tour agent to assist us with organizing a trip, saving us time and effort. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food to start our day off right.

There were a couple of downsides during our stay. The noise from guests above us was quite bothersome, especially when we were trying to sleep.

During my recent stay at the Esans Hotel, I was impressed by the convenient location. Being just a short walk away from famous historic monuments such as the Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque, I was able to easily explore the city's rich history. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quieter part of the old city, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay.

Although the hotel had a few drawbacks such as the lack of an elevator and the need to climb stairs to reach my room and the breakfast area, the staff were more than willing to assist with carrying luggage and ensuring my husband, who had difficulty with stairs, had a comfortable stay.
