Stylish boutique hotel with exceptional service

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its stylish decor, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service from the staff. the delicious light meal, generous breakfast, and local produce used were standout features of my stay. the lack of some basic amenities in the rooms could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Great central location, quiet with beautiful garden views. Excellent furnishings, friendly staff, delicious meals, and local produce. Some small touches made it a boutique experience.

The room at Byng Street Boutique Hotel was cozy and beautifully decorated. the natural light filtering in through the windows created a calming ambiance. the staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious - I felt right at home.

I wish there were shower caps provided, but everything else was perfect.

The lovely decorations and cozy lounge areas at the hotel made me feel right at home. the colorful fabrics and comfortable seating added a touch of elegance to the space, creating a warm atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the hotel's convenient layout with no stairs made it easily accessible for us senior ladies to move around without any trouble.

I would kindly ask the children working there to consider adding an elevator for better convenience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful decor. The bathroom is well-equipped with high-quality products and fluffy towels. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The breakfast choices are superb and served in a lovely dining room. The hotel also offers comfortable lounges to relax in.

The carpark can be quite dark at night, requiring a torch to find one's car.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious - fresh granola, homemade yogurt, and scrambled eggs on sourdough toast. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, giving us great advice about the local area and attractions. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the town centre and close to everything we wanted to do.

The room could have been a bit more well-appointed, and there was no information about the hotel or the local area provided in the room. the cleaning staff seemed to come into the room earlier than expected, which was a bit disconcerting.

The interior of the hotel was incredibly appealing, with modern design elements throughout. I loved the cozy lounge area with a fireplace where we could relax and read. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we even received a lovely surprise of afternoon tea during the turn down service. The location on a historical street was charming, and it was only about a 15-minute walk to the center of town. The breakfast had a good selection of hot food and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

One drawback was the lack of a central place for a group to socialize. The lounge area was poorly designed, and we were asked to finish our drinks early and go to bed.
