loved the location, just a 2 min walk to the beach and close to the lighthouse. staff were friendly and rooms were comfy. enjoyed the pool and bikes too. overall, exceeded my expectations in exploring byron bay!

Safety concern, someone tried to enter room at night.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hostel! The community atmosphere was amazing, and I instantly felt included and made new friends during the lighthouse walk. The communal area upstairs was great for hanging out and meeting other travelers. Plus, the free parking, bikes, and body boards were a nice bonus. The staff, especially Todd and the kiwi guy, were awesome and really added to the friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hostel to solo travelers or groups.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, pool and facilities were clean, great location near the beach and Main Street, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, chill vibe with Netflix and TV in the lounge room.

Nothing not to like.

The location of this hostel is amazing as it is right by the beach, making it easy to take a quick jump into the ocean whenever you want. It is also within a short walking distance to the main beach, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Additionally, the hostel is close to the nightlife, so you can easily explore the bars and clubs in the area.

There was some noise from a nearby dive center, which could be disruptive especially in the early mornings.

The pool was nice and the location near the beach and lighthouse made it convenient. The staff were friendly and the rooms comfortable with a good-sized bathroom. The lounge area was great and it had amenities like bikes to use. Convenient for Greyhound bus users.

Great value for money, with both beach and town just a short walk away. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, offering free walking tours with knowledgeable guides and free rental of bikes and bodyboards. the pool is also a great addition to the facilities.

Bathrooms were not always clean and could be unpleasant, and there were sometimes noisy events that made it difficult to sleep at night. Rooms at the back of the hostel could get quite hot compared to those facing the pool.
