The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it is situated right on the tram line and it is really close to the two theatres. The main shopping center is also nearby, which is great for any shopping enthusiasts. The room we stayed in was spotless and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very clean, and we appreciated the toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! We especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.

The lack of cooking supplies was an issue during our stay. We were disappointed to find that there were no pots or pans for us to use, which made cooking difficult.

The hotel's location is perfect, with a tram stop right outside and close proximity to everything, including shops and entertainment. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the pool, sauna, and gym, were all in great condition and well-maintained.

This hotel is conveniently located right at a tram stop, which makes getting around the city super easy. The rooms are also in A1 Condition and have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Plus, the bed is really comfortable!

I recently stayed at Citadines in Melbourne for a shopping trip and it was perfect. The hotel is located right next to a shopping mall, Chinatown, and theaters, making it extremely convenient. The apartments are comfortable and fully equipped, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to park on the checkout day at no extra cost, which was a bonus. I loved the clean and well-maintained IKEA interiors, and the staff was very accommodating when it came to room views. a great hotel with a central location and excellent value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at Citadines! the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a stunning view of the city. the apartment had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. the location was excellent, with easy access to Carlton Gardens, theatres, Chinatown, and the Myer Emporium. I enjoyed walking or taking the free tram, which conveniently stopped right outside the hotel.

Our Easter stay in the heart of the city was enjoyable. We were impressed by the complimentary Easter eggs and hot cross buns that were left in our room. the hotel's location was ideal, with a tram stop just outside the hotel making it easy to explore the area. We loved the variety of eateries nearby, and the convenience of having car rental just a short walk away.

Our stay was marred by a few issues. the TV in the living room was temperamental and kept freezing, requiring us to call reception for assistance.
