Across the board, the staff including Nekesa, Auma, Mark, and Mr Henry were incredibly helpful. the daily group activities, beachfront afternoon tea, and versatile dining options enhanced our experience. Special mention to Emelda and Kithikki Alan for their exceptional service at the beach bar, where the butter garlic fish was outstanding. Cons: Strongly recommend this hotel.

I was disappointed to find that the bathroom was not clean, emitting a faint smell of sewage. the pillows had an unpleasant odor, the fridge was dirty, and there were cobwebs in the cupboards.

Nearby landmarks like Diani Chale Marine National Reserve and Colobus Conservation provided unique experiences for our family and enhanced our bonding.

I had an interesting time at this resort. the check-in chaos was sorted by a helpful Manager, saving my stay from disaster. the variety of food was great, except for the daily Indian menu repetition. the mosquitoes did give me company at night - next time, I hope they bring snacks! the noisy parties made sure I had a front-row seat for the free entertainment. But, kudos to the friendly staff who made it all bearable.

I had the most amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! the location is absolutely perfect, right on the white sandy beach of Diani. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and being able to walk straight onto the beach was a dream. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities and facilities, including a swimming pool with a swim-up bar. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying a refreshing drink. The hotel also has a dining area that served delicious food throughout the day. The buffet had an ample selection of vegetarian options, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with a smile and providing exceptional service. They truly made my stay memorable.
