Good location, big rooms, plenty of parking, pleasant and helpful staff, good value for overnight stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During our stay at Big Windmill, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious and comfortable room. The cleanliness and size of the room were impressive, and we even had an extra single bed. The quiet atmosphere and good bedside lighting made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the motel's location right on the highway made it incredibly easy to find.

This hotel is great value for money! The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you could need. The staff are super friendly and willing to help. Plus, the restaurant on site serves delicious food at reasonable prices.

Late check-in service, thoughtful gesture of leaving the key, air-con turned on, and a light on in the room. Enjoyed delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant. Foxtel and complimentary Wi-Fi available. Convenient location near CBD, clean and affordable. Newly renovated rooms add extra comfort. Recommend!

The location of the hotel is great, close to everything and excellent on the southern side of the city. The rooms are clean and functional, with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

There was nowhere to eat dinner at the hotel, but there are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area.

We enjoyed the breakfast options and coffee machine, which were fantastic. , the bed was so comfortable and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. The hotel's location was great as well, making it easy to get around and explore.

The check-in process could be improved, as we had to wait until exactly the designated time to check in. And, unfortunately, there were bed bugs in our room which made for a terrible night and forced us to leave unexpectedly.

Convenient location, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Handy highway access, close to town and dining options. Comfortable and spacious rooms, with delicious room service meal. Parking right outside rooms, noise-free despite being on the highway. Unexpected upgrade to triple room was appreciated.
