The staff were extremely helpful, promptly resolving any issues, like the TV glitch. the location was excellent, just a short walk to a fabulous Musician's Club for dinner. the room was spacious, clean, and had convenient onsite laundry facilities. the Chinese restaurant on the premises served exceptional food.

Conveniently located opposite the train station, this hotel saved me during a fully booked period. The helpful staff went above and beyond to return my lost $50 through the mail. The clean and comfortable rooms are within easy walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and tourist attractions. A must-visit is the Silly Goat for delicious meals.

The front desk staff at Comfort Inn Crystal were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made check-in a breeze even though we arrived late at night.
