The recently renovated rooms at Houston Marriott Westchase were impressive. I loved the convenience of in-house Starbucks, and the staff were always friendly, making my days feel bright.

However, the checkout experience left me frustrated. My corporate card wasn't billed properly, which was puzzling. Also, finding a vending machine turned into an unexpected adventure on my floor.

The hotel had a fantastic atmosphere, and I was amazed by the dual monitor rental service that saved my work day! The staff were friendly and made everything easier.

However, the room's thermostat was locked, leading to a warm and uncomfortable night. Checking in had its hiccups, as the mobile key didn't work initially.

The bathtub didn’t hold water, which was a real letdown for me. But the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay worthwhile. Sweet as!

The fitness equipment appears poorly maintained!!! Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating!!! Common areas could use a thorough cleaning!!! There should be more vending options available during late hours!!!

The lobby and check-in area look beautiful and are clean. Unfortunately, the room had a broken A/C that was never fixed, making the stay uncomfortable.

Location's a winner—walking to eateries was a lekker bonus! Rooms were sharp-sharp clean, and the staff were all chommies. super friendly. A nice touch to have free parking, made life easy. Overall, defs coming back!

Had an Accessible Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. Loved the roll-in shower and the fitness center. The kids' pool was awesome! Free parking made things easy. The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with options like a hot tub and spacious indoor-outdoor pool! Overall, a good vibe and comfy stay.

Braw spot! Staff were pure brilliant and the lobby's a sight to behold. But the lack of hot water was a real downer. Clean rooms, though, and free parking's a bonus!

the concierge lounge is top-notch, they remember you and your needs. the bar service is very slow, staff need more training.

The Houston Marriott Westchase impressed with its clean atmosphere and friendly staff. The on-site restaurant had delicious meals, and the pool and gym were well-maintained. However, the room's thermostat struggled to maintain a cool temperature during the warm nights, which made sleep a bit challenging.

the breakfast was amazing, and the wait staff made us feel right at home. jose was especially great! our king room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and just the right size for us. we also enjoyed the outdoor pool, which added to our relaxation.

This place was a decent choice for hanging out in Houston without breaking the bank. Room service was impressively fast and the food was hot and fresh, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to check out local spots to eat. you might find some gems nearby.

Excellent location near the Galleria area, and the staff were super friendly! I appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas 😊. The breakfast was satisfying, too!
