During my New Year stay, I was impressed with the hotel's ample self-parking spaces and its clean and welcoming lobby. It was evident that the hotel was bustling with various types of guests, from families to couples to wedding parties. The room I stayed in was clean and well-equipped with a nice TV that had Netflix, a refrigerator, and a comfortable couch. What I liked the most was the peaceful atmosphere, which was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Another advantage of the hotel was its proximity to nearby restaurants, within walking distance. We enjoyed our meals at the on-site dining area, which served delicious food.

One issue I encountered was the noisy hallway due to a loud flooring blower that seemed to be running 24 hours a day. Additionally, the AC fan was quite loud, and the thermostat was fixed, so I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. It ended up being slightly warm. Furthermore, although breakfast was included for two people, I was disappointed that we had to pay an additional $17.95 each for our two kids. In the past, other hotels booked through different websites had offered complimentary breakfast for all guests in the room. It would have been nice to have that consistency.

We recently stayed at this amazing hotel in Houston's Westchase district. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff here provided excellent customer service, offering room service and car hire. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the indoor/outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services. Highly recommended!

This hotel is an excellent value for money! The location in the Westchase district is perfect for those who want to stay close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable queen beds. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Plus, the breakfast included is a great bonus!

This hotel has everything a business traveler could need: a great location close to The Galleria shopping mall and a variety of restaurants in the Westchase area, a fantastic on-site restaurant, and impeccable service from the staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. The indoor/outdoor heated pool is a great plus, as well as the ample and free parking available.

One downside is that there were some issues with the elevators, as reported in a previous review.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complementary parking and internet access offered by the hotel. The location was also very convenient, with many nearby restaurants and easy access to major highways. Apart from that, we enjoyed the affordability of on-site dining options.

We were disappointed with the noisy air conditioning system in our room. It was difficult to adjust and kept us up at night. Additionally, we were bothered by a guest in the adjoining room who kept their television on all night. The hotel management did eventually address this, but it still affected our overall comfort during our stay.
