Charming atmosphere, friendly staff, the river view from my room was breathtaking with boats passing by, and the location was very convenient for exploring local shops and restaurants on River St

Y'all, I felt right at home here! The rooms were comfy as a Sunday afternoon, and that lobby was mighty fine—just wished more was happenin’ there. Staff was friendly, especially that bellman, bless his heart. The bar was a chill spot to unwind after a long day, though the happy hour could use a little jazzin' up. All in all, I reckon I’d come back again!

The river view was sweet as, but I was real disappointed with the $40 parking fee. The staff were heaps friendly, though!

The lobby was charming and spotless, with lovely river views. Our bellman was quite delightful, and they even had a basket of goodies for kids at the front desk—how sweet is that?

But sweet darling, the showerhead was about as reliable as a politician! And don’t get me started on the toilet—flushing was basically a full-time job.

i was absolutely shocked by the lack of service here! my family waited over 25 minutes for someone to take our order at the restaurant, and instead, we had to leave hungry. also, who charges $5 for a candy bar? for that price, i expected a complimentary upgrade, which obviously didn’t happen. would’ve left a good review but just couldn’t.

The location next to the water was stunning for evening strolls. The river activities were a great sight from my balcony.

The views of the river were fantastic and the hotel was in a prime location for exploring the city easily. My room had a cozy setup that was perfect after long days out. Plus, there was convenient parking available for guests.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the daily room cleanings and the fantastic view of the atrium. The spa services like the full body massage and the heated swimming pool were just what I needed to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, though, the WiFi fee felt a bit steep, but overall, I’d highly recommend this place! 🌟

The location is super convenient for walking everywhere. The views of the river are beautiful! The staff went above and beyond, especially during dinner service—it was fantastic! !

Only thing I'd suggest is better soundproofing for the rooms, as noise can sneak in.
