The location was fantastic for walking tours. Unfortunately, the parking fees were a bit steep without valet service.

The riverfront room on the 7th floor was a dream! I loved sipping coffee on the balcony and watching dolphins play in the river. The spa treatments left me feeling incredibly refreshed and relaxed!

The hotel is just a short walk from River Street and many attractions like Emmet Park and the Cathedral of St John the Baptist which made it perfect for exploring the charming streets of Savannah, though the room could use some updates and the parking fees were a bit surprising.

Outstanding customer service. Friendly and accommodating staff made my weekend enjoyable. The hotel atmosphere was calm and inviting. I loved my room upgrade with a balcony and stunning views. Daily housekeeping kept the space immaculate. consistent issues with room types are concerning. Reserved a king, received a queen double. The location is a trek to downtown attractions, and the view was marred by a meeting room. Noise from outside was intrusive. A lack of visible restaurant hours could confuse guests. Security mistakenly entered my room, which was distressing. I was promised a refund for that night, but it hasn’t occurred. Lastly, paying for parking felt unjustified. I expect more.

The room's bed was inviting, promoting restful sleep, but the air conditioning struggled. Despite requesting help multiple times, it remained uncomfortably warm. Noise levels varied; occasional disturbances disrupted peace. The bathroom was clean but lacked sufficient towels, as we only found one washcloth. It took considerable effort to obtain more. The decor appeared upscale but felt unwelcoming, with sparse furniture that might suit business travelers more than families. Ultimately, while the location offered stunning river views, the room’s temperature control and amenities fell short of expectations.

I was shocked when security burst into our room at 3:30 AM, shining flashlights in our faces! Turns out, there was a mix-up with our check-in. It was terrifying, and despite promises, I still haven't seen my refund.

The Marriott Savannah Riverfront offers stunning balcony views of the river, making every morning special. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower was a delight. Plus, the staff were friendly and attentive. Just be cautious with the Wi-Fi, as it can be inconsistent during peak times.

The stunning river view from our room made up for initial hiccups with cleanliness and amenities. A kind manager resolved issues promptly, leaving us happy.

The location is fantastic—just a short stroll to the bustling River Walk, yet quiet enough to escape the noise. The views of ships from the balcony were a nice touch, and the beds were comfy. the unexpected $40 parking fee felt excessive; it’s surprising in a hotel that costs over $200 a night. The room setup was disappointing for three adults, with missing amenities and inadequate space. On top of that, I encountered cleanliness issues that needed addressing. A hot tub would have been a great addition. Options seem limited for return visits.

Beds were super comfy & the river view was awesome. The hotel is smack dab in the heart of everything, making exploring easy and fun!

Extra fees for parking & wifi were a bummer. Staff seemed overwhelmed with guest demands.
