the check-in process was smooth and the staff's politeness during that time was appreciated. However, these small positives were completely overshadowed by the negative experiences and unhelpful attitudes displayed by the staff throughout the rest of my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near the Olympic Area. The rooms were spacious and the largest we encountered on our trip. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of local and western food options. The nearby mall in the Olympic Park was a bonus with its fantastic restaurants and shops. The hotel was also very responsive to our queries and even surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with both a shower tub and a seat-in bath. The air conditioner worked very well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The location was convenient, with a subway line and bus stop just 200m away. I also loved that it was near the Olympic Park, perfect for morning runs. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile in getting taxis for us and accompanying us outside in subzero temperature.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and within walking distance to many restaurants. It is also close to a park where you can take photos and enjoy outdoor activities. the rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. the coffee was not very good.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Beijing, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient staff at Marco Polo. They were always there to assist us with any questions or requests we had, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.

One particular situation stands out from our stay. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room, and when we contacted the hotel staff, they promptly sent someone to fix it.

The staff at the hotel are responsible for arranging a taxi, making transportation hassle-free. The rooms are decently sized with nice bathroom amenities, and the breakfast buffet is wonderful.

Communication can be a challenge as the staff have difficulty understanding English.

The hotel was very clean and well, maintained. the service provided by the staff was above average. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The air conditioning was broken in my room, which made it uncomfortably hot to sleep. Additionally, the TV only had a few English, speaking channels, and the WIFI didn't work.
