Our stay at Hacienda Uxmal was worth every penny. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location, just a short walk from the Uxmal pyramids, was perfect. The staff treated us like VIPs, always warm and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

the hacienda was beyond amazing. the exterior was filled with lush plants and had a calm atmosphere. the breakfast was excellent and the bathroom and toiletries were top-notch. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially jafet who saved the day when we left important documents behind. overall, a favorite place to stay.

Pool cleanliness could be improved.

We had a "misunderstanding" during check-in and were given the wrong room, but the Restaurant Manager was incredibly helpful and upgraded us to a beautifully renovated corner room. The room had nice touches like flowering plants, a coffee set up, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, a lovely pool, and a good restaurant with friendly staff. The location is unbeatable, right at the entrance to Uxmal archaeological site. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and helpful staff.

As a solo traveler, I loved the gorgeous historical building with a wide veranda overlooking a well-maintained garden. The staff was always smiling and willing to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, decorated in a colonial style. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and a pool bar/restaurant. Additionally, it was just across the street from Uxmal, making it a perfect location to visit Uxmal and the ruta Puuc.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property grounds were beautiful with lush greenery and nice decor. The hotel facilities, including the two pools, were clean and well-maintained. The location, nestled in a jungle setting near the ruins of Uxmal, was absolutely perfect. We were amazed by the tens of giant night butterflies that surrounded us upon leaving. Additionally, the staff, especially the breakfast servers and the concierge, were outstanding. They were kind, patient, and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The complimentary massages were a nice touch and the view of the surrounding nature was stunning. the close proximity to the historic sites and local eateries was very convenient. the included breakfast was delicious and served quickly.

Sadly, the wifi was almost non-existent and the staff did not seem to care. the noise from the nearby construction site was unbearable and disrupted our romantic getaway.

We recently stayed for two nights at a beautiful hotel in Uxmal. the staff at Hacienda Uxmal Plantation & Museum was incredibly warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice-sized bathroom. the restaurant had delicious food, including a buffet option, and the wait staff was multilingual and fun to talk to. the pool was refreshing, and the property itself was stunning, with interesting history displayed on the walls. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the Uxmal ruins, the Chocolate Museum, and the Planetarium. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions like Santa Elena, Kabah, Syil, Labna, and Loltun. it was a fantastic stay where we felt well taken care of.

This hotel is a stunning slice of exclusive paradise. the spacious and immaculate rooms, with exclusive amenities, overlook the beautiful garden area, sun terrace, and sparkling outdoor swimming pool. the staff provides outstanding service and our requirements were fulfilled to our satisfaction. We enjoyed delicious food in the restaurant and drinks were served in the bar/lounge. there is an outdoor dining area and a snack bar.

We had a fantastic stay at Hacienda Uxmal Plantation & Museum. The hotel is located right at the entrance to the Uxmal archaeological site, making it incredibly convenient. We were impressed by the beautiful rocking chairs outside each room and the inviting pool. The beds were comfortable and the toiletries were locally sourced. The outdoor corridors showcased fascinating photos and descriptions of explorers of Mayan sites. It was also exciting to stay at a place that once hosted famous figures like Jacqueline Kennedy and Queen Elizabeth. The buffet breakfast and dinner options were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at Hacienda Uxmal, I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast poolside. The serene ambiance, combined with delicious food, made for a truly delightful start to each day. Additionally, being able to walk to the nearby ruins was a fantastic convenience. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the restaurant being closed one evening, everything else exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for its history, elegant grandeur, and relaxing atmosphere.
