Our stay at Hacienda Uxmal was worth every penny. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location, just a short walk from the Uxmal pyramids, was perfect. The staff treated us like VIPs, always warm and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

the hacienda was beyond amazing. the exterior was filled with lush plants and had a calm atmosphere. the breakfast was excellent and the bathroom and toiletries were top-notch. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially jafet who saved the day when we left important documents behind. overall, a favorite place to stay.

Pool cleanliness could be improved.

We had a "misunderstanding" during check-in and were given the wrong room, but the Restaurant Manager was incredibly helpful and upgraded us to a beautifully renovated corner room. The room had nice touches like flowering plants, a coffee set up, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, a lovely pool, and a good restaurant with friendly staff. The location is unbeatable, right at the entrance to Uxmal archaeological site. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and helpful staff.

As a solo traveler, I loved the gorgeous historical building with a wide veranda overlooking a well-maintained garden. The staff was always smiling and willing to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, decorated in a colonial style. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and a pool bar/restaurant. Additionally, it was just across the street from Uxmal, making it a perfect location to visit Uxmal and the ruta Puuc.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.

Friendly staff, great hotel and location, comfortable bedroom with great view, nice outdoor pool, relaxing and pleasant.
