Our stay at Crown Metropol was fantastic! We loved the pool and the comfortable beds. The room was clean and beautifully designed. Looking forward to our next visit in Melbourne.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a mounted TV on the wall, making it comfortable to watch from bed. Bathroom and amenities were amazing, and the separate toilets provided better hygiene. The pool area was great, with warm water and friendly staff. The gym, steam room, and spa were clean and spacious.

This hotel has a great location, close to shops and other food places in the food court. It's also close to everything that Crown has to offer, making it easy to enjoy all that we come to this city for. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious with nice views.

The curtains on the windows were not operating properly, but overall a great stay.

We had a fantastic experience at Crown Metropol. The room was great and the service was exceptional. We couldn't use our breakfast vouchers due to my husband's illness, but the in-room dining service was amazing. The indoor heated pool was one of the highlights, especially at night with the city lights. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from Crown Casino and other popular attractions. the hotel was clean, modern, and provided a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well presented. The view from the room was amazing, especially at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Guests can also find plenty of restaurants, shopping areas and attractions nearby, making it perfect for a relaxing break. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay for budget travelers.

The check-in and check-out process can be quite time-consuming and frustrating, with long waiting times.

Great way to welcome the new year. My stay was made comfortable with complimentary water and snacks in the room. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooftop bar offered great views and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy New Year's Eve celebrations.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned, with some dusty surfaces and hair in the bathroom. The elevators took too long to arrive during peak hours, leading to long waits.

Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was heated and the sun loungers provided a relaxing experience. The bar/lounge area and restaurant offered delicious food options. The service was impeccable and the staff was very accommodating.

The buffet breakfast was the only negative aspect of our stay. It lacked variety and was not up to par with the rest of the hotel's offerings.
