Check-in process can sometimes be slow due to limited staff at the reception.

The value for money at the hotel was exceptional, with recently renovated and spotlessly clean rooms that offered great comfort. The location of the hotel in the center of town was perfect, surrounded by the best shopping center in Portugal, fabulous restaurants, and boat rides. The staff, especially Celso, were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful, making us feel like the most important guests.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from some improvements, maybe by adding more variety or options to choose from.
