This hotel is really worth the money. It's right off a main highway, which makes it very easy to find and the location of the hotel is perfect if you are looking to explore Midlothian. The staff is amazing, they pay great attention to detail and the basic amenities are perfect. The rooms are great, with a nice TV, and the breakfast is delicious.

The hallways are extremely stuffy and hot, which can make navigating the hotel uncomfortable.

The hotel offered an excellent fitness center and free Wi-Fi. the hotel was located near multiple restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. One more advantage was the location, which was close to a major highway, making it easy to get around the city.

During my Christmas period stay at this hotel, I experienced a few drawbacks. the room was not up to my expectations as there was a foul smell emanating from the bathroom.

Reservation problems - friend's room was given away and had to settle for a different room. Hotel charged extra for the bigger room, which was the hotel's mistake.

There were some maintenance issues such as a bathroom door that wouldn't fully close and a loose tissue paper holder. the lighting switches were illogical and some front desk staff were seldom at their work station.
