The hotel's outside garden was a lovely place to relax with a drink in hand. The location was central to the sites I wanted to visit and I felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. Free parking was a huge plus and taxis were cheap and easily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The heating in the room was not working properly and it was quite cold. the breakfast was not up to my expectations and there were limited options.

We had a fantastic stay at a clean and quiet hotel with the most helpful staff we've ever encountered. They gave us great tips on exploring the city, arranged airport pickup, and even helped us order pizza. The room was spacious, clean, and had a large shower with great water pressure. The outside garden was a nice place to relax, and the hotel was centrally located, making it easy to visit popular sites. Despite some small issues with the shower and the garden not being well-maintained, we highly recommend Villa Elisio Hotel & Spa for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Naples. we would definitely stay here again.
