Some of the furnishings and fittings in the room were dated and the shower could use an update. the TV was small and placed low on a console.

I had a fantastic stay at Cullen Bay Resorts. The location was perfect, with stunning marina and city views. The room had a small private balcony with comfortable furnishings where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The bed was terrific and the shower was great. The staff were lovely and the housekeeping service was daily. I also loved the pool, it was perfect for a refreshing swim. The on-site parking with direct lift access to the rooms was convenient. I had everything I needed to relax and enjoy my stay.

We had an amazing view from our room overlooking the bay. It was absolutely breathtaking to watch the sunset from our balcony. The location of the resort was perfect, with a short walk to a variety of great restaurants. The room was clean and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. The spacious and clean 1-bedroom apartment, comfortable bed, excellent views, nice pool, convenient location. The apartment had plenty of plates and cutlery, clean bed linen, and was in a good location near the bus route and walking distance to the main town. The resort offered useful information and had an excellent staff member at check-in.

Nothing it was perfect.

During New Year, we stayed in a hotel close to the marina and the beach. the location was perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants and the waterfront. the hotel offered complimentary parking and a lovely pool to enjoy. We were pleasantly surprised by the two complementary vouchers for drinks at the hotel bar which we happily used. the staff was polite and helpful.

Our room was not as good as we expected. the shower was not functional with water spraying all over the toilet and floor as there was no screen.

The staff were wonderful, sorting out bike rentals and luggage storage. The pool was great and never crowded. The location was perfect for short walks to the beach, markets, gardens, restaurants, and CBD. The two-bedroom unit had excellent views and provided ample space.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

This fantastic resort is ideally situated in a great location, close to everything but far enough away from it all when you want to go home. It is very near all eateries, yet quiet and peaceful. The resort is also close to the coast, offering stunning views. The friendly service is second to none, as mentioned by multiple guests. The facilities, including a great pool, and the cleanliness of the rooms are also highly praised.

Some guests felt that housekeeping could have been more regular.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to Cullen Bay and within walking distance to Mindil Beach markets, the Botanic Gardens, restaurants, and the Darwin CBD. It's also perfect for exploring nearby areas like Parap and Nightcliffe. The staff at this hotel are excellent and very friendly, with the older ladies being particularly helpful and lovely. Although there was one younger girl with dark hair who could improve her customer service skills, overall the service was great. The rooms at this hotel are comfortable and clean, and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Despite not being huge, they are well-maintained and offer all the basic amenities. The marina view is fabulous, and the pool area is also very good with excellent quality sun beds.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Cullen Bay for dinner and the beautiful beach for a Top End sunset. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped kitchen in the spacious one-bedroom apartment. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, even in the middle of the night. The view from the room was absolutely lovely, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had lots of parking available and was close to restaurants with sea views.

Although all aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. Our room had not been cleaned properly, with thick dust underneath the beds and on the balcony.
