We had a fantastic experience staying at Desert Gardens. The property, located in the outback, offers a variety of accommodations ranging from camping areas to 4-star hotels. The town square, cafe, restaurant, supermarket, and other amenities met all our needs. We especially enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant, which offered better value than most buffets. The option to not have the room cleaned was a nice touch, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was polite and helpful.

I woke up to the vibrant colors of Uluru and enjoyed free guided walks in the stunning native gardens. The pool was a great place to relax under the shade of gum trees. Just wish the dining options were as exciting as the beautiful surroundings. Oh well, can't have it all!

The location of the hotel is excellent, within the Ayers Rock Resort complex. The hotel is conveniently located near the reception, restaurant, and rooms, with easy access to the art/cultural Wintjiri. The rooms are clean and tidy, with good international standards. The staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to assist guests.

Some areas of the hotel are a bit dated and could use some renovation.

Great location, expensive. Free laundry with detergent. Room with AC, terrace. Good quality food, buffet breakfast. Other dining options available. Close to National Park, spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff, 24-hour reception. Nice view in the morning.

We had a great time staying here! The hotel facilities were fantastic and we were lucky enough to have a balcony with stunning views. The staff were pleasant and helpful with providing information about tours and restaurants. We highly recommend renting a car and purchasing a 3 day pass to the park to fully experience this unique outback.

This place had many options to choose from and although some prices were steep, the staff were always willing to assist us. The swimming pool and outdoor facilities were lovely and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi in public areas.

We had an amazing stay at Desert Gardens! The view and location were perfect, and being upgraded to Sails made our experience even better. The staff were delightful and the breakfast was terrific. We loved the large room with a balcony and the comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located near Uluru and Kata Tjuta, with plenty of dining options nearby. it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful experience at a hotel near Ayers Rock. Despite the dining room being under refurbishment, the room itself was spacious and newly refurbished, with a great hot shower and a comfy bed. The pool area was also very nice, and other facilities were easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near Ayers Rock.

Our room at Desert Gardens offered breathtaking views of the awe-inspiring location. The spacious and clean accommodations made our stay comfortable, and the daily servicing by friendly staff was a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a great overall experience.

Spent Xmas here. Loved the key location, with everything we needed within walking distance - supermarket, post office, cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Gerhard who went above and beyond to make sure we didn't miss the sunset. Room had a great view of Uluru.

The flies were relentless and annoying. Also, some rooms had combined bath and shower while others had walk-in showers, which could be an issue for people with mobility problems.
