The staff was friendly and helpful. The BBQ area, tennis courts, and pool were perfect for family activities. Minor maintenance issues were overshadowed by the overall wonderful experience.

The kids were entertained for hours with the interactive games and shows, and my wife and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. the spacious family room was a haven for us all to unwind after exciting days exploring.

The database provided an extensive range of search filters, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. the user interface was user-friendly and intuitive, allowing for smooth navigation. the single bed in the second bedroom was comfortable and the room had proper furniture in pretty good condition.

The only minor downside I found was that the loading time for the search results was a bit slow at times.

Staying at Focus Apartments in Gold Coast for a business trip, my director chose this accommodation for us. the furniture was very good, the beds were comfortable, and the lounge inviting. Apartment 71 was truly impressive. the sea view from the balcony was wonderful, allowing us to hear the soothing waves, and the location was prime, with easy access to all necessities. the large rock pool provided a refreshing swim after a relaxing 4km walk, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

More body wash/shampoo required.

Fantastic beachfront location, with stunning views from our balcony. The apartment was very spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for our family. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We especially enjoyed the use of the pool, spa, and sauna, which were all well-maintained and relaxing.

We ended up having to use a different hotel's internet service, which was cheaper and more reliable. some of the appliances in the apartment were outdated and could use an upgrade.

Great facilities and perfect location with fantastic views! the pool and tennis courts were clean and well kept. the hotel is situated in the heart of the city and is easy to reach. the apartment had one big bed and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials such as a fridge, oven, and microwave. One more advantage was the friendly and helpful staff.

The apartment overall was quite dirty and unhygienic. the carpet was old and stained, and the bathroom was smelly and not cleaned well.
