Beautiful frozen lake setting. Safe to walk on. Plentiful breakfast of reasonable quality. Helpful reception staff. Great spa with warm outdoor and hot pools. Guests can use sport club facilities. Lovely location with helpful staff. Fun karaoke on the terrace. Room with balcony. Want to return to use the spa and explore more. Okay stay, friendly personnel, everything needed for a brief night's stay. Free parking. Breakfast with local flavor.

Great pools and sauna facilities for all ages. Outdoor pool is enjoyable even when it's cold outside. The location is nice, set in a peaceful forest area with beautiful nature around. Also, there are many activities available nearby, such as hiking and biking.

The rooms were disappointing, outdated and not very clean. The bedding had stains, and the shower had a weak flow of water. The hotel restaurant was disappointing, with limited food options and a poor quality of food. Service at the restaurant was also slow and inattentive. the hotel needs updating and improvement.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, nestled in a serene location surrounded by a thick forest of spruces. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the open area at the top of the stairs. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to assist us. We enjoyed a satisfying breakfast with a variety of options. the hotel's proximity to the lake allowed us to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty.

Some areas of the spa seemed worn-out, particularly the showers in the ladies' shower room.

The hotel is located in an open area, surrounded by a thick forest of spruces, which added to the overall peaceful and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is situated next to a beautiful lake, perfect for enjoying a leisurely stroll or some outdoor activities. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice little extras like a balcony and a kitchenette. And let's not forget the breakfast, which included local specialties like "kalakukko," adding a delicious touch of local flavor to our stay.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.
