The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the Opera House and Circular Quay. The Club Lounge is a must-visit for its amazing breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres. Housekeeping was top-notch, making our stay feel extra special.

Although the room was beautiful, the key wallet looked worn, which felt a tad out of place. Service at the front desk was a bit hit or miss—some staff were warm, while others seemed dismissive.

i had such high expectations for this so-called luxury hotel, but they fell short on every level. the outdated room decor was shocking, and the inflexible policies led to added charges. i even expected a simple welcome gesture for my stay, but all i got was two bottles of water—the heights of disappointment!

the location of four seasons is fantastic, just a short stroll to circular quay. my premier city king room was spacious and comfortable. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially the front desk. i loved the rejuvenating body experience at the spa—totally refreshing! breakfast offered a great variety, making mornings easy and enjoyable.

Location was prime with walks to The Rocks and Circular Quay just minutes away and the little birthday cake in the room added a lovely personal touch. The pool area was super nice for relaxing. Cleanliness was top-notch and staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.
