The Four Seasons is a fabulous hotel with a perfect location in The Rocks. The harbor view rooms offer an incredible vista of the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, and the beautiful Sydney harbor. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is ideally situated for attending events like the Vivid festival. The comfy bed and fast elevator added to the enjoyable stay.

Value for money was great! The room was incredibly comfortable with cloud-like beds, blackout blinds, and an amazing TV. The location was perfect, close to iconic landmarks and the staff went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday special.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Starting the new year off at this hotel was a great experience. the view from my room was spectacular, allowing me to enjoy beautiful scenery throughout my stay. Another great feature was the availability of an iPad in the room, which made it convenient for me to make requests and access information online. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with key destinations easily accessible from the hotel.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. For instance, the bathroom was quite small and the bath plug did not work properly.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the comfortable beds and the incredible view from our room on level 26. The location was perfect for us, being close to the Rocks and Circular Quay. We loved being able to walk to the Sydney Opera House and explore the many bars and restaurants in the area.

My family and I had a fantastic Christmas vacation! We were greeted with a warm welcome and even received complimentary goodies in our room. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from key attractions and public transportation. the breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the restaurant meals were delicious. Best of all, we had a stunning view of the harbor from our room which made our entire stay worthwhile.

While we had a great time overall, there were a few minor issues. My sister's room key had problems operating the elevator at times, which caused some inconvenience.

Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel! the bell boys and room service staff were exceptional, always addressing me by name and with a smile. the location was perfect, close to key attractions and with great views. And the room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, with a spacious suite and breathtaking views of the city.

The hotel could use a refurbishment as the rooms felt tired and the air conditioning was stuffy. the noise from housekeeping was also quite disruptive.
