The valet claimed my truck was too big, offered no alternatives, and still charged me for parking. Plus, the rude staff and cramped room made it a frustrating experience overall. Never again!

This hotel is just a few steps from the 16th Street Mall, where you can find a ton of shops and restaurants, and it’s an easy walk to sites like Civic Center Park and the United States Mint, making it perfect for weekend strolls while soaking in the city's vibrant atmosphere; the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The only downside was that the elevators acted up during a wind storm, but the staff handled it well and kept guests comfortable.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions! I loved the indoor heated pool for a refreshing dip. Breakfast was a delightful surprise with plenty of variety every morning.

The girl at the front desk was exceptionally kind. The hotel itself has a cozy atmosphere. The beds? Acceptable, not remarkable. Bathrooms were clean, which is a must. Breakfast offered a decent variety—coffee, juices, and a mix of pre-cooked options. It could improve, yet it’s standard for an included rate. Staff dealing with our reservation issues were awkward, creating discomfort during check-in and check-out. Noise from a rooftop party and buzzing sounds persisted both nights. Annoying, but bearable for a short stay. Facilities like the pool and gym were clean. I’d return, but improvements are necessary. Cleanliness and comfort are key, yet attention to detail needs to step up.

The check-in was super smooth. Our room had 2 beds, a comfy couch, and a big bathroom with a walk-in shower. Loved the clean vibe and fantastic view on the 12th floor! Breakfast was better than most, especially the burritos. Valet parking was nice, and the fitness center was a cool plus. Clean dining area and made-to-order coffee were great.

The room was spacious, featuring a sofa bed and a lovely mountain view. The bed's firmness wasn’t ideal for me, but it was tolerable. Temperature control worked well, allowing for a comfortable night. there was a persistent metallic clanking noise that disrupted my sleep. The cleanliness could improve; I found used socks on a shelf. The lobby offered a quiet work space, which was appreciated, but the elevators were a major hassle—most of them were out of service. Breakfast was decent, despite the long lines. Communication about local events was lacking.

The traffic noise interrupted my mornings, and the slow elevators were frustrating. However, the immediate replenishment of essentials was a plus. The location near the convention center was convenient, and the comfortable bed exceeded expectations. Despite the subpar breakfast, the bar and outsourced room service were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the opaque bathroom door was bothersome. Overall, I felt safe and enjoyed the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Despite minor issues like loose outlets and unpredictable Wi-Fi, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our heritage exploration trip.

This hotel's location is fantastic in the heart of downtown and near the 16th street mall, making it a great walking destination. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything you need. the breakfast was basic but nice, with lots of tasty options to start your day right. the bar area was cozy, and the indoor swimming pool was a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring the city.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level in the rooms, as traffic noise woke me up earlier than planned a few times. having a microwave in the room would have been convenient for quick snacks or leftovers.
