The room was so dusty I could’ve written my name in it, and it took forever to replace a burnt-out bulb. Plus, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the 5th floor—only usable in the lobby? Total nightmare!

The bed was reasonably comfortable, although it could use firmer pillows. The temperature control worked well, allowing for a comfortable night. the noise level was an issue; music from nearby food vendors vibrated through the walls until late. The cleanliness was subpar; hair was found in the shower, and the rug was dirty. Amenities were lacking as well—only one shampoo, and we ran out of toilet paper. Bathing felt inadequate without soap for three days. Breakfast had good options, but fewer seating arrangements made it cramped. The lack of luggage carts was frustrating.

The location is unbeatable. A top-floor corner room offered an incredible view of the falls. Step outside, and you’re right in the state park. Plenty of food options nearby makes dining convenient. the hotel itself needs serious attention. Rooms felt dated, with cleanliness issues—hair on the floor and old coffee in the maker. Staff lacked professionalism, and the breakfast left much to be desired. The food was subpar, and the lack of real plates and utensils felt cheap. Maintenance issues, like a broken faucet and clogged toilet, were disappointing. The positive points are overshadowed by the need for renovation and improved service. Proceed with caution.

Location is awesome, right by Niagara State Park and the Falls. The beds were super comfy. Room had a mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, and a coffee maker. Wi-fi worked well. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than most, with good variety. Parking's only $5 a day.

This hotel is just a short stroll away from the breathtaking Niagara Falls and conveniently close to everything you need for a fantastic weekend adventure, making it easy to visit the Falls, with the state park only a few steps away, plus all the attractions like the Skylon Tower and the Aquarium of Niagara within a brisk walk of about 20 minutes or so; it's ideal for those who love to explore on foot and soak in their surroundings. The room was exceptionally clean and had a comfortable bed, allowing for a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring, but the hotel could benefit from some updating to truly shine.
