i was planning to leave a good review, but couldn’t overlook the unfriendly check-in staff and the gym, which was basically a joke with only 4 pieces of equipment. woudl it have been too much to expect a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences? comfortable beds, but that didn’t make up for the poor service. disappointing, really.

This place was an excellent fit for strolling around in Niagara Falls with good value. The front desk was really friendly and helped us catch the firework show right after we checked in. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast. there are plenty of options to choose from.
