The hotel was situated in the perfect location, right in the heart of the enchanting mountains. My partner and I appreciated the serene and romantic atmosphere. the staff were very hospitable, going out of their way to make our stay memorable. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the menu had many options to choose from. We enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains every morning as we ate our breakfast.

While our stay was enjoyable, we did have a couple of minor issues. there was a shortage of hot water, which made it hard for us to take comfortable showers.

Great mountain view, small balcony but still comfortable. Friendly staff, can recommend and give directions. Affiliated with motorcycle rental, helpful in case of breakdowns. Husband helpful, other employee rude. Efficient and friendly staff, made arrival, stay, and departure memorable. Organized driver and tasty breakfast. Upgraded room and excellent breakfast variety. Centrally located with magnificent views. Manager went out of his way to be helpful, even gave us a packed lunch for the trip back.

This hotel truly goes the extra mile! They provided a room for us to shower in after we checked out, and even packed us a travel meal for our night train journey. The attention to detail is exceptional, from the complimentary watermelon juice to the amazing view from the room. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

All was great, nothing to complain about!

The location of the hotel is incredible, right in the city center of Sapa. We were lucky to have a premier room with the best view over the beautiful hills. The room was clean and comfortable, with stunning panoramas across the rice terraces. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had the option to choose from a menu for our meals. The hotel also offered free wifi and had amenities such as shops and massage services nearby.

The hot water in the shower didn't last very long.
